What we collect
- Customers: name, email, company details and billing records needed to issue and manage licenses.
- Installations: the domain, application URL, application version, server IP address and basic usage counts (campaigns, destinations) reported by your installation for license verification.
- Contact form: the information you submit.
- Geolocation service (if used): visitor IP addresses are sent by your installation for country lookup; we keep only a keyed hash of the address and the country for caching, never the raw IP.
What we do not collect
Relay Pilot Rot Analytics runs on your hosting. Campaign data, destinations and visitor analytics stay in your own database and are not sent to us.
Legal bases and retention
We process customer and installation data to perform the license contract and to protect the service against abuse. API logs are kept for 180 days; customer records for as long as required by accounting law.

When the geolocation service is used, lookups may be performed with MaxMind, Inc. under its terms.
